For our dynamic, young team, we are looking for a Customer Happiness Manager to make the shopping experience and consultation an unforgettable one.

As an employee of our family-run company, you will inspire our national (and sometimes international) customers with expert advice, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty towards the Penoblo brand. As a Customer Happiness Manager (m/f/d) in our office in Herrenberg, you will take on the following tasks:

• Engagingly advise and attentively support our customers by phone and in writing, thus contributing to an unforgettable shopping experience
• You are the voice of our customers and the link to the content, accounting, logistics, and ERP teams
• You enjoy approaching individual customer concerns, from order to return, in a needs-based manner. You find solutions within your own decision-making scope
• With your flair for service-oriented communication, you win customers for our loyalty program
• Furthermore, you advise customers on making the right product choice and introduce them to the advantages of our products
• Create analyses and reports on customer inquiries to derive improvement measures
• You ensure our customers are completely satisfied through competence and friendliness

Your starting qualifications

You are eager to learn and develop yourself.

• Relevant professional experience in customer service, ideally with high-quality products - or in an e-commerce environment
• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experience with Shopify and CRM systems
• Affinity for high-quality products and ideally knowledge of writing instruments, leather, and materials
• Noticeable joy in dealing with customers and colleagues, a natural service orientation, and a talent for quickly building positive customer relationships
• Great enjoyment of customer contact
• Excellent written and spoken German skills, additional language skills in Polish or French are an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
• A cool head in a dynamic environment, a clear focus on achieving your tasks, and an awareness of your independent scope for action
