The Octopus Write & Draw Ink 100 White Polar Bear captivates with its exceptionally opaque, white pigment ink, specifically developed for use in fountain pens. Thanks to its waterproof and smudge-proof formulation, which meets the requirements of DIN ISO 12757-2 and DIN ISO 14145-2, the Write & Draw Ink guarantees permanent document authenticity. Your ordered goods will be sent in an insured parcel via DHL or DPD. Please note that for cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €2.00 will be charged by the delivery person on site. Please also note that for shipments to non-EU countries, customs may charge additional fees.
When will my order arrive?
Most of the products offered are in stock. Writing instruments and all other products will be sent to you in a padded box. You can find our delivery times on the product detail page and in the shopping cart.
If your product is not available in stock or if it is a custom-made item, this information will be displayed accordingly. We will ship these items as quickly as possible after completion or after receiving the goods from the manufacturer, which means approximately 2-4 days if you order express, otherwise 6-14 days. Only in exceptional cases can this take up to 4 weeks; if anything is unclear, please contact us.Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
We are happy to send your goods to a different delivery address. For example, you can have your new writing instrument delivered directly to your office. Simply enter the address where you would like to receive your shipment when placing your order.How do I return an ordered product?
