The special cleaner from Octopus Fluids is the ideal solution for gentle and effective care of high-quality writing and drawing tools. Specially developed for cleaning pigmented and waterproof inks, it reliably dissolves color pigments and binder residues that are difficult to remove with conventional water. This way, you preserve the function and aesthetics of your delicate fountain pens, calligraphy nibs, glass pens, and brushes.
Thanks to its vegan and mild cleaning substances, the cleaner protects steel and gold nibs, as well as ink feeders and brush bristles from damage. - Shipping to Switzerland and the UK costs a flat rate of €14.90. Shipping to Switzerland is free for orders over €200.00.
- Worldwide shipping (including USA) costs a flat rate of €29.90. Worldwide shipping is free for orders over €300.00.
Your ordered goods will be sent in an insured parcel via DHL or DPD. Please note that for cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €2.00 will be charged by the delivery person on site. Please also note that for shipments to non-EU countries, customs may charge additional fees.
When will my order arrive?
Most of the products offered are in stock. Writing instruments and all other products will be sent to you in a padded box. You can find our delivery times on the product detail page and in the shopping cart.
If your product is not available in stock or if it is a custom-made item, this information will be displayed accordingly. We will ship these items as quickly as possible after completion or after receiving the goods from the manufacturer, which means approximately 2-4 days if you order express, otherwise 6-14 days. Only in exceptional cases can this take up to 4 weeks; if anything is unclear, please contact us.Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
We are happy to send your goods to a different delivery address. For example, you can have your new writing instrument delivered directly to your office. Simply enter the address where you would like to receive your shipment when placing your order.How do I return an ordered product?
