- Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €4.90. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €49.00.
- Shipping to the EU costs a flat rate of €14.90. Shipping within the EU is free for orders over €200.00.
- Shipping to Switzerland and the UK costs a flat rate of €14.90. Shipping to Switzerland is free for orders over €200.00.
- Worldwide shipping (including USA) costs a flat rate of €29.90. Worldwide shipping is free for orders over €300.00.
Your ordered goods will be sent in an insured parcel via DHL or DPD. Please note that for cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €2.00 will be charged by the delivery person on site. Please also note that for shipments to non-EU countries, customs may charge additional fees.
When will my order arrive?
Most of the products offered are in stock. Writing instruments and all other products will be sent to you in a padded box. You can find our delivery times on the product detail page and in the shopping cart.
If your product is not available in stock or if it is a custom-made item, this information will be displayed accordingly. We will ship these items as quickly as possible after completion or after receiving the goods from the manufacturer, which means approximately 2-4 days if you order express, otherwise 6-14 days. Only in exceptional cases can this take up to 4 weeks; if anything is unclear, please contact us.Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
