Climate-neutral shipping with DHL Go Green 🌱 

The future belongs to companies actively committed to climate protection. That's why we use DHL's GoGreen service to offset CO2 emissions from shipping our products. DHL uses the proceeds to support climate protection projects for emissions offsetting.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €4.90. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €49.00.
  • Shipping to the EU costs a flat rate of €14.90. Shipping within the EU is free for orders over €200.00.
  • Shipping to Switzerland and the UK costs a flat rate of €14.90. Shipping to Switzerland is free for orders over €200.00.
  • Worldwide shipping (including USA) costs a flat rate of €29.90. Worldwide shipping is free for orders over €300.00.

Your ordered goods will be sent in an insured parcel via DHL or DPD. Please note that for cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €2.00 will be charged by the delivery person on site. Please also note that for shipments to non-EU countries, customs may charge additional fees.

 



When will my order arrive?

Most of the products offered are in stock. Writing instruments and all other products will be sent to you in a padded box. You can find our delivery times on the product detail page and in the shopping cart.

If your product is not available in stock or if it is a custom-made item, this information will be displayed accordingly. We will ship these items as quickly as possible after completion or after receiving the goods from the manufacturer, which means approximately 2-4 days if you order express, otherwise 6-14 days. Only in exceptional cases can this take up to 4 weeks; if anything is unclear, please contact us.


Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

We are happy to send your goods to a different delivery address. For example, you can have your new writing instrument delivered directly to your office. Simply enter the address where you would like to receive your shipment when placing your order.

How do I return an ordered product?

If for any reason you wish to return part or all of your order, this is possible within 14 days.
To do this, you must send the products you wish to return with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

Please also note that it is a return or cancellation of your order. We will refund the received products to your original payment method. Attention: Engraved/individualized products are expressly excluded from return and cannot be returned.


What does "days" mean in relation to our delivery times?

For all time indications in days stated on our website, we refer exclusively to working days. Working days are all days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This means that all deadlines and delivery times expressed in days only take working days into account and may be extended accordingly if they fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday. These days are not counted when calculating deadlines and delivery times. Please observe this regulation to avoid misunderstandings regarding delivery dates or deadlines.
