How do I get a refund on shipping costs?
As soon as your refill or cartridge is empty, you can expect a replacement the next day (delivery times may vary). All items ordered by 3 PM will be shipped to you on the same day in a secure padded envelope with Deutsche Post. Delivery is therefore possible even if you are not at home.
Order conveniently, with no shipping costs and short delivery times. This way, you can use your time for more important things.
Simply enter the code: "gratisversand" in the "Discount" field during the ordering process, and your goods will be sent to you free of charge.
